A 10k race is ideal for someone moving up from a 5k parkrun, as for 'seasoned' runners to improve endurance for racing longer distances.
As well as being the season's final NSRRA event the Cheddleton 10k has winner's trophiesgenerous seasonal prizes for the top 12 males & females and excellent course record prizes.

With 3 scenic, triangular laps of rural Cheddleton village, each 10k runner is given a generous helping of enthusiastic support before finishing with a flourish - urged on by the cheering crowd enticing runners over the line.

The 10k race is run over 3-laps around the scenic and undulating traffic-free country lanes of Cheddleton village.
The Fun Run is a single lap of 2 miles and open to all ages
